Shionogi BV – General Manager UK, Nordics and Netherlands

Keiko leads Shionogi's operations in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Nordics, and Netherlands, driving the introduction of innovative treatment options by integrating Shionogi’s Japanese heritage with advanced scientific expertise.

Before her current role, Keiko headed the Market Access and Policy Function for Shionogi Europe and previously managed global Market Access activities for Shionogi’s infectious disease portfolio. With a decade of experience at Shionogi, Keiko has significantly contributed to the company's growth and success in Europe.

Keiko is actively involved in key Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) initiatives. She serves as the Chair of the ABPI AMR Group and is a Committee Member of the IFPMA AMR Group, demonstrating her commitment to addressing global health challenges.

In May 2023, Keiko was elected as a Board Member of ABPI.

In June 2024, Keiko was appointed as the Chair of the Small Company Committee.
